The Medical Receptionist Diploma program provides students with the knowledge, skills and abilities required in a medical office setting such as bookkeeping, transcription, patient care, prescriptions, billing and coding and Electronic Health Records (EHR) management.

Students will gain hands-on experience with medical office procedures and develop the knowledge required to provide administrative support to doctors, nurses and other medical staff, as well as provide patients with information about their care.
