Home Inspection – Certificate

Home Inspectors provide an essential service to home buyers, and other property investors. The Home Inspection Certificate program helps students develop inspection skills and abilities based on both the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI), and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards and best practices.

Students will learn how to examine and assess structural components of a home, both interior and exterior, as well as the foundation, roofing, water supply, electric wiring, plumbing, cooling systems, heating equipment, and produce a detailed report of inspection results.
